TrustPoint901 Notary Services believes in transparent pricing. Every appointment includes the notarial fee permitted by Tennessee law, plus any applicable mobile travel or convenience fees. You will always receive a quote before your appointment is confirmed, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
Notorial Fees
Notarial Act — $15 each
The notarial-act fee applies to each completed acknowledgment, jurat, oath, affirmation, or other authorized notarial certificate. Fees are based on the number of notarial acts required, not simply the number of pages in the document.
Mobile Travel Fees
Mobile service brings the convenience of a notary directly to your home, office, healthcare facility, or another agreed-upon location. Travel fees vary based on distance, appointment time, and travel requirements. Your total travel fee will be provided before your appointment is confirmed.
Zone 1: Up to 10 miles — $35
Zone 2: 10.1–20 miles — $50
Zone 3: 20.1–30 miles — $75
Locations beyond 30 miles — Custom quote
Travel zones are calculated from TrustPoint901’s service base using the normal one-way driving route. Your applicable travel zone will be confirmed before the appointment.
Additional Fees & Services
Some appointments may require additional time or services. Any applicable fees, such as after-hours appointments, extended waiting time, or other special accommodations, will always be discussed and approved before your appointment is scheduled.

Important Information
The mobile travel fee remains due when the notary arrives but the notarization cannot be completed because of missing identification, an absent signer or witness, incomplete documents, signer refusal, or another issue outside the notary’s control.
Clients are responsible for providing any required witnesses. TrustPoint901 does not currently provide witnesses.
TrustPoint901 is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, select a notarial certificate for a client, prepare legal documents, or advise a signer regarding the legal effect of a document.
